Josh Kent - Wonderland
I find this charming, because her teeth are crooked! I have newsprints of this plastered all over the studio in APG so I look at it all day and I still love it, I still enjoy looking at it. It’s unusual and has impact, due to the number and vibrancy of the colours.
This was printed nearly two years ago and at the time I was still relatively inexperienced so it was a good learning experience. All the newsprints in the studio are different; each one has a slight variation so it’s a patchwork wall of the print.
I would like to do more work with Josh, I love his style; it’s so expressive and creative. I am a big fan of this traditional style in particular although he does do a variety of things, both with paintings and tattoos.
